1. Introduction
Teen Patti Gold respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court
4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

6. False Claims

7. Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material
- Terminate accounts of repeat infringers
- Share information with the copyright owner or law enforcement
- Take any other action we deem appropriate
